By accessing and using FinTrix ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
FinTrix is an AI-powered financial management platform that helps users track expenses, income, goals, and financial data through chat and voice interfaces.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Subscription and Payment
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.
Subscription Plans:
- Monthly Plan: €10 per month
- Annual Plan: €60 per year (equivalent to €5/month)
Billing: You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR regulations.

- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Collect or harvest information about other users

All content, features, and functionality of FinTrix are owned by FinTrix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
FinTrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Portuguese law.
